7 Aqua Test Strips,
Date:August 20, 2012
By Dottie
Pros: checks for everything that is necessary to balance your pool.
Cons: The color pad will fade when the bottle is left outdoors.
"The strips are great and relatively inexpensive for what you get. They are easy to use and work quickly. When I took my water into the store they found the same results that my test strips showed. I used to use the little bottles of liquid and always had a hard time reading the results. These strips are right on. I am having trouble now that the color chart faded. The color chart comes in a clear plastic case that is attached to the bottle but even though I had the bottle under the bench and out of the direct light, they faded.I would like to be able to copy/print out a copy of the color chart but am unable to find a copy of it on line. Overall I would buy it again and copy the color chart before the season begins."

Pros: These strips are quick, accurate and idiotproof. They make life very easy for pool owners.
Cons: The PH level indicator is not as exact as the other levels
"These strips are great. I no longer feel like a chemist messing around with different bottles of solutions to figure out my levels. Just dip wait a few seconds a see what your levels are and they have a nice chart for matching colors. The only one that is a bit sketchy is the PH level although you know when you are at 6.8 it is just hard to tell the difference between 7.2 and 7.6 which doesn't really matter since both of those levels are good."
