Worth the money,
May 26, 2009
By groverstunes

Pros: Worked as designed
Cons: None yet
"If you have several deciduous trees like I do and are tired of putting your winter cover on and still getting tons of leaves and debris in it then this is a no brainer purchase. Bought it summer 2008 and put it on after I closed the pool and after all the leaves were done falling, I took it off and put it away for the winter. This spring I only had a few pine needles in my winter cover. Made for a quick and easy spring opening and cover cleaning. Money well spent!"

Real Time Saver,

Pros: Makes it easy to get leaves off of cover for easy clean-up
Cons: Have to get cover off before freezes
"Leaf catcher worked great for getting leaves from surrounding trees off cover. Also, made it easier to pump water off of cover by keeping leaves separated from cover. It used to be a mess to clean off cover in the spring with leaves and green water now the cover is clear of debris and ready for the spring. Plan on putting cover back on early spring to catch flowers, etc. that also fall from trees then."

Best Purchase ever,
December 14, 2008
By susang

Pros: easy to handle, stops leaves from entering pool
Cons: none
"I put the leaf catcher over my solar cover in late September. I have my pool close to a walnut tree so I not only have leaves falling into the pool, I also have walnuts. I just pulled the leaf catcher off, emptied the leaves and walnuts and put it back on. It was easy for me to do without help. It is probably the best money I have spent on my pool. I can't believe I waited so long to purchase it. I would recommend it to anyone who has trees near their pool."

Pros: Easy set up and removal.
Cons: Finding someone else to mulch my leaves.
"It's one of the smartest purchases I've ever made. It's already resolved a problem I've had over the last 12 years. How to handle the leaf problem when I open my pool in the spring."

"i am amazed with the amount of time and money my leaf catcher has saved me. i can put the catcher on the pool and take it off by myself. while the catcher is on i can still circulate the water and not worry about the leaves. The purchase was well worth it, the price of the catcher alone was what i was spending on the chemicals every summer to clear the water. Instead of dreading the opening of the pool in the summer due to the chemicals and time it takes to turn the water around, i'm excited at how easy it's going to be due to the leaf catcher!! I would recommend that anyone owning a pool buy the leaf catcher that would like to spend less time and money cleaning the pool and more enjoying it!!"

Pros: It is easy to remove

Pros: Easy to install
"I bought a leaf cover for the first time. I wanted to for the last two years but I wasn't sure how effective it would be. Now I know that I should have purchased the cover years ago. It was easy to put on - lighteight! And it has let most of the leaves blow right off of the top of the pool. I know in the spring that I won't have all those extra leaves to contend with."

A must have if you have a pool and trees,
November 27, 2008
By lynne
from Beaver Falls, NY
|
Pros: Easier spring opening
"This leaf cover is great. We have many trees around our pool and we put the cover on when we close the pool and take it off when the leaves are all down. It makes a huge difference opening in the spring as you don't have the big pile of slimey rotting leaves on top of your winter cover."

Does the job,
November 27, 2008
By Craftycas

Pros: Seems sturdy
"We have a large maple tree over our pool and every year it is a chore trying to scrape leaves off the cover during the fall and winter. Usually we have a soggy, decomposing mess in the spring. This fall we used the leaf net. Draining the pool cover through the net is not a problem. We pulled the leaf net off a couple times to clear off the leaves and it couldn't have been easier! No leaves on the cover! At the suggestion of a friend who used this last year, we will pull it off before things freeze so it will be easier to scrape snow off the pool cover."

Pros: No more slimy leaves on pool cover
Cons: None
"This is the best product! Install it over your pool cover. Make sure it is flat across the top of the pool. The leaves just blow off. No mushy mess to deal with on top of the pool cover in the Spring. I highly recommend this leaf cover!"

November 26, 2008

Pros: works great, still like new after 2 years
"I put the leaf catcher on after closing the pool in early fall over the winter cover. After the maples nearby have lost their leaves, it is simple to remove the leaf catcher and discard the leaves. This is the second season and the leaf catcher is as good as new."

this is a must have cover!,
October 9, 2007
By Harry51

Pros: light weight easy to handle
Cons: none
"As this is my first year with this cover all I can say so far it was definetly worth the money. As the leaves start falling and land on the cover a slight wind comes along and blows the leaves off. I have no leaves on top of the net and best of all no leaves sitting in water turning my winter cover into a swamp this product is a winner in my book!"
