Pros: Cheap cost, lightweight, nothing else good to say about it
Cons: Cheaply made, loops are raw material, no stitching on edges
"The website says dark blue on one side, black on other. The dark blue is so dark it appears black. Can't see where there are two layers (one black, one 'blue') Very thin cover; will be happy if it doesn't fail this winter; next year I'll most likely buy another cover somewhere else."

"I PURCHASED THIS COVER TO REPLACE MY ORIGINAL OF 9 YEARS. AFTER ONE SEASON, I HAD TO RETURN THE SECTIONS TO IN THE SWIM AND THEY WERE GREAT IN REPLACING THE COVER DUE TO SEAM TEARS ON THE OUTER RING AND INTERIOR SEAMS. AFTER THE SECOND YEAR ON THE REPLACEMENT, THE SAME PROBLEMS HAPPENED AND I DID NOT NOTICE UNTIL I REMOVED THE COVER. UNFORTUNATELY, DURING THE SEASON, I KEPT PUMPING OUT WATER I THOUGHT WAS ON THE COVER ONLY TO FIND THAT I WAS PUMPING OUT MY POOL WATER! SO I CALLED IN THE SWIM AGAIN AND I WILL FIND OUT WHAT ELSE TO DO. THE WARRANTY IS LIMITED THOUGH AFTER 2 YEARS...."

Cons: Will not stand up to birds walking on it. Claws create small punctures
"I have had two of these covers. The first one lasted three years and the last one I am replacing after two years. The problem comes in the spring between rain storms. I have a pump on the cover that removes almost all of the water but the little bit that remains draws birds (starlings, blackbirds, robins) that use it for a bath. I have tried to keep them off by using normal scarecrow tactics but to no avail. The cover itself as far as the seams, stitching, grommets, construction etc stands up. What does not is the material itself and I am left with a swiss cheese cover that lets the crud pass through to the pool. I have come to the conclusion that in the area that I am in I need to replace the cover each year due to this. If you don’t have a bird problem then this cover will do just fine."

Pros: Helps slow the evaporation.
Cons: unsightly residue on cover from water seepage leaving white chlorine residue from evaporating water.
"I purchased this product on June 25, 2009. (Item W5351) but the fine mesh like plastic does not keep the pool water from seeping through in some areas and when the water evaporates, it leaves an ugly white deposit from the chlorine on the black cover that looks bad within 1 month of use."

"Very light weight and easy to handle. Fair price for this cover. I might be able to get another year, but I think I'll be pushing it. Will probably spend more money, for a heavier cover next time. Excellent service from ITS."

"I have a 25x45 in-ground pool so the winter cover can be expensive. This is the lowest priced value cover available on the internet. In The Swim delivered it 2 years ago and the original cover had the mesh stretch apart. I followed the warranty instructions and I received a replacement cover without a hassle! I reccommend buying from this company with confidence. I will be buying all of my chemical and supplies from here in the future."
