"These pucks are the only stabilized chlorine I use. You can drop them right into your skimmer where they will slowly dissolve, chlorinating your pool.
The only potential downside is that they also contain Cyanuric Acid, (aka CYA or Stabilizer). Now if you are low or have zero CYA, this is a very good thing! If you already have high CYA however, this is a very bad thing as too much CYA can put you into "chlorine lock" where even large doses of chlorine have no effect. The moral? Make sure you have a test kit that checks CYA levels!
I use the "BBB method" for pool balancing (Google it!) so I generally don't need the pucks, but when my CYA is low or I am going on vacation, they are fantastic!"

"I first bought 3" tabs at a wholsale club. I had to turn my auto feeder up to max and it still didn't get my chlorine level right. I bought these when my initial supply ran out. Now I have to turn my auto feeder down because these tabs distribute enough chlorine at a lower level. Keeping the level acurate is a snap now. ALL CHLORINE TABS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL. Try 'em, you'll love 'em"

"These are effective pucks and easy to use. We just grab them and drop them into the skimmer of our in ground pool. They help to keep the chlorine at the desired level. Each puck is individually wrapped, which I don't feel is necessary. It adds plastic waste to our trash. But it does keep a broken puck and its crumbs together so we still can benefit from the entire puck. We live out of the 1 day delivery zone, but we still received our order very quickly, which is important to me, since I usually discover that we're out of pucks at the time I need them! I've ordered these from In the Swim for several years now and have been very pleased."

"I was disappointed in this shipment of tablets. I thought I'd had them before, but they've never had the wrappings deteriorated, and the pervasive odor in my pool house. In order to take them out of the tub, I have to hold my breath before I take the cover off, and wait until I'm outside to inhale."

"Our chlorine level was chronically low with HTH,as soon as we received our tabs we switched tabs in our automatic chlorinator and floating dispenser and our chlorine level is holding! BRAVO!!!!!!"

"We purchased a used pool and the bottom was very stained, I actually threw the tabs right into the pool and let them dissolve and clean the stains right off the floor. We have a white liner, so I did not need to worry about staining. It worked great and most of the stains have lifted!!"
