Pros: Cleans better than a pro
Cons: When you pull it out of pool, some debris falls back in pool.
"I had never known about robotic cleaners until a friend of mine told me about them. I have had such problems keeping my in-ground vinyl pool (18'x36'x9') clean due to a neighbor's annoying oak tree. I had a cleaner which hooked into a dedicated line in the pool and it NEVER worked. I even hired a pool cleaning company to keep the pool clean and they couldn't do it...probably because they were incompetent...but anyway, I purchased the Nitro Wall Scrubber and have had a clear and awesome looking pool ever since. The only issue I have is when you pull it out of the water, a little..and I mean just a little...debris falls back into the pool. I would highly recommend this product to everyone."

Pros: WORKS GREAT WHEN IT'S WORKING
Cons: EXTREMELY POOR SUPPORT FROM MANUFACTURER (SMARTPOOL)
"CLEANS GREAT. HOWEVER, AFTER ONLY 10 DAYS THE UNIT WOULD NOT COME ON. CONTACTED SMARTPOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS GIVEN AN R/A AND TOLD THAT A REPLACEMENT UNIT WOULD BE SHIPPED UPON RECEIPT OF MY FAULTY ONE. THEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. ALSO, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO STATUS INQUIRIES. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A $750 PURCHASE !!"
