Pros: Fast Shipping, good for well water, would recommend

"We ordered this product with some chlorine and shock. We received the chlorine and shock but also received a Magic Jack Tile stain gel instead of this Super Stain product. Called 800 number and explained what happened. As it turns out, they didn't recognize the product we received. Took a picture and emailed it while on the phone. They couldn't find it in their system. So, they sent us the correct product and we kept the wrong product also. I'm sure we can find a use for it.
Can't say we've used this bottle of Super Stain yet, but in the past it has been perfect for our well water and I expect it will be again."

Pros: got rid of tan, metal stain. less expensive than other stain removers
Cons: used it only once, has to be diluted instead of pouring it right from a bottle, but that's easy
"I've been battling tan metal stains in my pool for the last couple years. The ascorbic acid treatments were getting expensive, and were not a preventative either. This is both a stain treatment and preventative. I tried it out the other day just for comparison, and was amazed that the tan stains were completely gone the next day! It was much more effortless than the ascorbic acid, plus no need to rebalance the pool either. Just pour it into a bucket of water to dilute, pour the mixture around the edge of the pool, and done! I know that the tea-colored/tan stains cause fiberglass pool owners to go nuts, so if that's you, definitely give this a try!"

Pros: Easy to use and works immediately. This is the second summer that I've used this product and would recommend this.
Cons: There are no cons. This product is amazing. I can not come up with anything that would be a con,
"I've maintained a backyard vinyl pool for over 40 years. Five years ago we had to drill a new well and that is when our metal stains started. I've constantly fought this problem since and even resorted to paying for water to be hauled in. I tried this product and it worked immediately. I've tried many other products and this is the only one that works for my pool."

"We had a large stain in the middle of are 15X30 above ground pool, Tried many products, and they did not remove the stain, after two treatments of super stain away the stain is gone, thought we might have to replace the liner, but thanks to this product the stain is gone."

"I ordered this product and it simply did not work. I then wrote a bad review of the product. In the Swim called me to talk about the problem and offered to refund my money! I thought that was pretty wonderful as I see no statements of that sort on their website.
I will certainly order from them again and will try a different product.
So no stars on the product for me but 5 stars for the company ethics."

"I purchased the concentrated thinking that it would better attack my staining problem, the non-concentrate had received a high rating by other users, I had some reduction in stain but the pool is only marginally better...will be trying something else"

"We have iron in our well water that caused lots of staining in the pool, on the liner, in the skimmer, on the steps; Super Stain Away removed these right before my eyes! I had used several metal removers over the past 2 years, but, none of them helped to remove the old stains like this product.
I turned off the pump and poured a portion into the skimmer (it was stained the worse) allowed it to set for a few minutes and the stains totally disappeared! This was really amazing since we usually had to go through ascorbic acid treatments to get anywhere near this much stain removed. After the water circulated for about 30 mins, the stains on the liner were going away too.
This is so simple to use. Thanks so much Intheswim, I can always count on your products."
