Absolute need for pet owners!, August 3, 2009
By Daisy44 from Indiana

Pros: Works exactly as described.
Cons: Haven't found any.

"I lost a dog in our pool and have lived in fear until finding the Skamper Ramp. We purchased the large one and have installed and taught our 50 pound dog to use - which she does with ease! I now have peace of mind that I hopefully will never live through that horror again. If you have an inground pool with only ladders - this is a must!"

Saved my cat's life the first week I had this!, July 18, 2009
By petlover from Mountain Home, AR

Pros: It is an absolute neccesity if you have pets.
Cons: Haven't found any yet.

"I have had my pool for a couple of years and always wanted to purchase a scamper ramp for my pets saftey. I finally broke down and bought the largest one, as I have pets of all sizes. After installing the ramp, which is a sinch. I saw my cat playing one day on my deck and sure enough she fell right in the pool. I hurried to save her, but she had swam to the ramp and was letting herself out of the pool by the time I got out there. This ramp has paid for itself by saving my cat's life."

This is a must have for pool and pet owners., June 13, 2009
By mansbestfriend from Lewiston, Maine

Pros: Easy too install and easy to train dogs to use.
Cons: none

"We own a Jack Russell that loves to swim. In March of 2009 we purchased a home with a pool. We feared our dog would jump in without our knowledge and possibly drown. We needed something to assist our dog to exit the pool. I figured someone would have made such a device so I started my search and found this great product. We have had it a few weeks and my dog goes in and out of the pool at will. It took use only 10 Min to train him."

Inexpensive but effective, November 26, 2008
By newportguy from newport, pa

Pros: low price, works well for small animals
Cons: takes a little time to get the ropes adjusted

"This is an inexpensive option for families with small animals. Our Bichon/Poodle was quick to adapt to the ramp. It also provide some peace of mind with our cats. The only drawback so far was adjusting the ropes that secure the ramp. It took a bit of time but they stay put when tied off."
