Pros: Can't Beat it for the Price
Cons: None
"Just finishing my second season with this cleaner. It's the first I've had and have nothing to compare it too but for me, this cleaner works great! Cleans entire 24,000 gal pool including walls in 3 hrs. Before I bought it, I was cleaning the pool every week and haven't touch my cleaning equipment since. Runs every day from early May to late September 8 hrs a day and have had no trouble. None! If it broke today, I would buy another. Great item!"

Not Really Helpful,

Pros: Lightweight - Decent Price
Cons: Instructions are complicated and confusing - I still haven't figured out how to adjust the pressure
"I bought the Sun Ray because of the decent price and the fact that Hayward is usually a good product to buy. However, the instructions for the automatic cleaner are complicated and confusing. I still haven't figured out how to adjust the pressure to get the cleaner to work. It is more work to get the Sun Ray "up and running" than it is to use my vacuum. I even hired a pool company to send someone out to teach me how to use it. It worked while he was here, but he had never seen a Sun Ray before and didn't really know how he got it to work. Since I have been on my own, it is simply "trial and error." My advice would be to save your money and buy a more expensive cleaner than to spend $200 on something that really doesn't work that well. Sorry!"
