"I love this unit when it is working. I always store it inside and have never left it out in the rain. Still, every year it is rusted inside when I get it ready for the season. It is not working again.This is the third unit that I have had the same results with."

"Have an inground true L pool 16X20X40. Wished to have something convenient (other than lugging out the hose, vac head etc.) as we have few trees to soil the water, but wind which seems to pick up the most unusual things. Anyway, pool does not get too dirty, just a few things here and there. Bought this based on recommendation from a friend, and based on my interest in a unit which does not require pump/electrical hook-up. I am absolutely ecstatic about this unit. Works well and easy to use/maneuver. I have read other reviews both here and other sites saying the unit may be subject to an early death - a number of factors involved-per those websites Hoping this will not be the case as I truly love this contraption. Have had the unit for two weeks now-going on three-and have used it three times. Would not give it up for anything. Rrecommended based on my experience."

Pros: EASY AND QUICK Cons: it doesnt have a bigger bag. I am a bit concerned about someone else saying theirs only lasted one season?
"I really love this product. It picks up really well. I have spent over 2k on the purchase and repair of my Autobot--that never quite worked the same afterwards. Then I bought Dolphin autocleaner w/remote. it is so big and bulky and neither of these totally clean your pool without running it a few times and doesnt really pick up where you want it to even with the remote control! which barely works! HOWEVER, this is perfect because you can pick up what you want when you want! And it just makes the whole process so much EASIER AND QUICKER! I just hope it lasts more than one season!"

Pros: Lightweight & convenient to use Cons: Needed to purchase another finer filter bag, so silt didn't leak out.
"I've had my pool for 24 years and have always been very fussy about keeping it sparkling clean. First I used the traditional cleaning method which meant hooking up the hose, running everything through the filter, backwashing, etc. Then I bought an expensive automatic cleaner that had to be hooked up the same way, and it took a long time going over the whole pool & sometimes missed dirt spots (it would walk right past dirt). So, a couple of years ago I purchased the Pool Buster Max and have been very satisfied with the way it works. I don't have to hook up any hoses - -just stick the Pool Buster on a pole & pick up the dirt spots. The best thing is that nothing has to pass through the filter. Because of that, it isn't necessary to backwash very often & so, water doesn't needed to be added, and the pool looks GREAT!! It saves me TIME and MONEY & is EASY to use. I recommend it to all of my pool owning friends."
