Pros: Good Heat Retention
Cons: Only lasted 1 YEAR!
"We thought we were upgrading when we purchased this cover to one that we would not have to replace every two years, but that certainly was NOT the case. This cover only made it through two summers as well. We are not hard on our covers, leave them off for 24 hours after a shock and wash them off with water thoroughly at least 3 times over the summer.
This was a major disappointment!"

"Pretty much a disaster. Lasted less than 2 years before it just shredded. Now i have little pieces of plastic floating in the pool. So much for a 7 year warrenty - package the shredded cover and send to the manufacturer and wait while they decide what went wrong. In the mean time, the pool loses heat and evaporation excels."

Pros: Pool stays warm for days
Cons: A little heavy to wind up
"This nice silver solar cover keeps our pool nice and warm for days after we heat it up. In fact, some days we don't have to use the heater at all. We live pretty far north in the US, so that is really an unexpected savings on our gas bill. The only minor problem is that it takes two people to wind and unwind the cover from the reel, because it is much heavier than the blue cover we had. However, it's worth it!"
