Pros: Works ok, less work than manual vac
Cons: Short hose,
"The description did not tell you anywhere that you would need extra hose sections if your pool is bigger than 24' around. Extra hose pieces are expensive for as short of sections they come in. It does take some time to make its way around entire pool and crosses its same path a lot, but eventually makes it. Good product for the money, I did not have problems with suction as others have."

"This is the best thing that I have done sense owning my pool. All I have to do is put it in the pool and it does all the work. It gives me more time to do other things that I need to do while the dirt devil cleans the pool."

Pros: None that I experienced
Cons: Constantly stalled out
"This vacuum is terrible in an above ground pool. I spent way too many hours trying to find the right combination to keep it running. The suction is either too strong or weak and it constantly stalled out staying in one area and not moving around the pool. There is an attachment used to determine the operating requirement based on the suction but no other way to adjust it. I had a flapper style unit made by Doughboy for three years which was much more efficient than this device. Don't waste your cash!"

Pros: Its looks good in the ads
Cons: The D2000 requires the pool suction to be perfect and most above ground pools do not have a way to adjust the pressure.
"D2000 advertised as an above ground pool cleaner, but the warranty (par 6) states only warranteed for inground use."
