Pros: very colorful and with the different light settings makes it very fun.
Cons: you need at least 3 to make it look like the picture in the ad.
"This light does not attract bugs like the other lights that are made to use around your pool. It is very colorful and makes night swimming fun."

"i have a 18 foot round above ground pool and you would need probability need 2 or 3 to make it really bright.but product is very good"

"Bought one for our 27' pool. it was really cool, but I'd probably need 5 more to make it worthwhile. I also had the bottom plastic get little tiny cracks in it. I wouldn't reccommend, nor will I purchase again."

Pros: Works great for my hot tub.
Cons: Cannot use with jets. Gets stuck in filter system.
"I first saw this product at my local pool store for $49.99. I was going to buy it, but decided to wait until we picked up our hot tub. I found it on in the swim for 14.99, was skeptical that it might not be the same light. When it was delivered, I was shocked. It was the exact same light. I am buying 4 more for my swimming pool!!!!"

"I love these i bought 5 of them for my 24ft round pool. It could use a few more to light up the whole pool. The colors are bright. The batteries last a long time. I have not had any trouble with them leaking, or the batteries leaking. You can also use them for all kinds of different things"

"I purchased 2 of these hoping for a great display for a pool party. When I tried them out the effect was minimal so I thought ordering more (totalof 6) would get the effect closer to what was portrayed. This was a very disappointing purchase as the effect was still minimal,The lights have a better effect sitting them in a planter pointed upward at the ceiling. i would not recommend them for use in a swimming pool or hot tub."

"I like the light, but you do have to purchase several in order to get the full effect. I plan to buy 4 in order to cover my 21"pool.The picture is very deceiving as it only shows 1 light in the pool."

"Great price for a cool accessory. The LEDs are bright. Alternating light patterns are snazzy ;)
I purchased 4 of these for my 18' x 33' x 52" A/G pool and this is about the right amount for the size. Does a good job of projecting the patterns to the bottom of the pool. Glad I made the purchase. The kids think these are really cool."

"I have one of these lights for my 24' round pool. It has to be totally dark out to really see the lights and you need at least 2 or 3 for my size pool to have it covered in lights. The picture shown is very misleading as it doesn't look anything like that with one light."

"We bought 2 lights last year. My husband is usually negative about things that we get for the pool for fun. Amazing he liked them. 1 thing we have a 18 ft pool and you really need at least 4. So he has reminded me that we need more. We didn't have to replace the batteries. We used them for app. 25 hours. Had no problems in getting water in them either. Im going to order 2 more today..."

"I love them but the picture is misleading! You need at least 10 to light up a 30' inground pool.They also tend to land up in the skimmer. We put a net in front of the skimmer.I also attached fishing line to some to hold their position for parties.We bring them out for Christmas parties too. Put them in the corners of the rooms for effects. We also flashed them on the side of the house. My friends love them! They are great fun! If you don't have lights in your pool, they are a great alternative but take them out after very use and dry them off."

"This product looks really good if you buy alot of them, but they leak and then they short out and you cant use them long. The batteries die too easily. Theyre good for maybe one party, but not really worth the money."

"Neat gadget. However, not like the ad suggests at all. The light covers only a small area and is NOT bright. The batteries don't last anytime. AND, worse, I always have to dig it out of the skimmers if people don't remember to bring it in when they finish swimming. Or if no one is swimming. I would label it "disposible" after a few uses. BUT, great for a party, etc."
