Pros: Looks greart when it works
Cons: water does tend to seep into electronic light housing
"Yes I admit it, the instructions were a little backwards and the connections it came with did not fit my pool line return. A quick trip to the local pool store and I found an adaptor. The electronic housing does get a little water into it and that does limit the life of the product. Without the electronic lights though, you can still use the fountain. I found that using it for special occasions and once in a while best fits this product. Not at all meant to be used 24/7 as it should be. Yet you can use just the fountain 24/7 and if you want to cool your pool down this would be the best way. As the water shoots up into the air, the heat is pulled from the water molecules and evaporated enough that when it comes back down the droplets are very slightly cooler than when they left the mass of water. This will give you a cooler pool. Beswt time is over night. I live in south Texas. When I had my pool covered for two weeks and the temperature was 100 degrees, I uncovered the pool and ran the fountain for about 50 hours and the temperature came down to 84 degrees. Just where I like it. drawback is after time you will see a decrease in water level as you will lose that to the evaporation process."

"States it will fit most pool returns and has luck would have it does not fit mine. We were able to rig it to work, but the lights only stay on for about 10 mins then you have to drag it back in to turn the lights on again and try to get it centered back in the pool..big pain!!! Directions are also backwards you have to put the lights on first, however that was on the last page so we had to take it apart again. For the $$ it's not worth all the work!!!"

Pros: Easy Installation

"The fountain is a great way to cool off the water when it gets too hot during those 'dog days of summer' by running it during the cooler nights. Having the pretty red lights combined with the soothing sound of the waterfall makes the pool a great place to sit around and relax after a hard day's work."
