"I Have always had prompt and curtious serivce with In The Swim. All my questions have always been answered and I have had many as this is my first year with a permanent above ground pool. Living in Nebraska there is not alot of help out there for dealing with swimming pools in your backyard. I am very appreciative of this company. Also they do stand by their garantees."

"We have used this for the past 8 years. It's easy and it works! Just follow the directions and you're done, can't get any better. The only change we make is to drain the pool down first, then add the chemicals and circulate the pump...yes it's noisy with the return jets splashing but where we live we get a lot of leaves on the cover and so to fight the added junk from them."

Cons: Not enough products
"Since my pool is 40,000 gallons, the ultimate set is not quite enough product. Even so, the start up is very quick and easy, costing alot less to get it ready to swim. I've used this kit for 3 years now, and will never stop using it and the start-up kits as long as I own a pool. These products really make a difference."

"I've tried a lot of different wintrizing kits and methods through the years. The best results that I have had have been with In the Swim's Ultimate kit. Most of the other kits are nothing more than the algicide and pool shock that you already have in your cabinet but don't understand how to use. This kit takes the chemistry further and gives a better result."

"We peeked under the cover in early April this year and the water was crystal clear. We did not open the pool as it was still quite cold. Water temperature was about 50 degrees.
One month later in mid May when we did open the pool it was very GREEN. It took a week to clear it up running the pump 24/7.
I will use the product again but follow the age old suggestion, CLOSE LATE, OPEN EARLY. The chemicals do have a life span and will not prevent algae from growing indefinitely."

"Pool is always ready to swim come spring this year we thought we would need to repalce liner so we tried something generic and in the spring we had a mess!

"Cheap..but I will tell you that my pool was black with algae at the begining of the summer..maybe I should of bought 2 kits. I was told that one kit was enough. I have been battling with phosphate problems and algae for 5 weeks now. It has costed me hundreds of dollars. Makes me wonder why I did not just pay the pool guy to close it for $350. I already spent near $500 trying to clean-up this big mess."

"I bought this at the end of the season to "save" some money from having our usuall person come and close the pool. We called to confirm that we had what we needed, I read the reviews, did all my homework and followed the directions to a tee. Well he just came to open it for the summer and I have never been so embarrased! The pool is jet black and smells like a sewer system! He said he has never seen anything like it. Now any money that was saved is going to be spent trying to fix the mess."
