UFO's : Unbelieveable Floating Objects,August 22, 2007
By TommyB
Pros: Self-charging, Waterproof, Floating, Colorful Cons: Can flip upside down, fits into the skimmer opening
"Great little fun floaters. These floating solar pool lights are a nice addition to your pool atomosphere. During the day they self-charge and at dusk they turn on and gracefully change up to (7) colors. No maintenance required, just place them on the water and watch the fun."

Very Disappointing,August 10, 2007
By Denzel
Pros: They float and light up. Cons: Short battery life, dim and break easily.
"I bought 4 of these lights last August thinking they would light my pool. They are very dim and are more like tealight decorations. The batteries would last for about 3 hours and one lasts only an hour. Three of them are broken and the parts are loose inside and all of them have water inside."

Won't last,July 12, 2007
By Eric
Pros: Very cool, turns different colors Cons: Once you get water in them, they are done
"Once you get water in these, the batteries corrode and there is no way to replace it so you have to throw them out. Very cool, but not worth the 10 bucks, mine one only lasted a few days."

Pros & Cons,July 4, 2007
By vanvfrom Elk Grove, CA
Pros: Love the changing colors! Cons: Not very bright, durability not that great
"The item description says white light, but the item (and other reviews) indicated it changes colors. It does, and is very pretty. Don't expect it to light the water, as the light only shines up from the disc. Due to the flow of the filter, it does get stuck in front of the skimmer opening at least once a week (doesn't stop the flow of water, it just prevents it from getting the full solar charge). The reason I gave it 3 instead of 4 stars is because I purchased two, and one didn't last long. One light experienced a water leak and had to be disposed of about 4 days after I put it in the pool. The other one works fine (it's been about 2 weeks). Also, as the lights are somewhat dim, the visual effect would be greater if you purchase more than 3 or 4 lights (but again, be prepared for some lights to last longer than others)."

Good value for the money!,June 28, 2007
By WaterCress4
Pros: When dropped on cement and cracked, they still work and still float! Cons: Not as bright as I thought they'd be and they do get stuck in skimmer.
"I purchased 4 Floating Solar Pool Lights the first part of May 2007. After exposing them to direct sunlight all day, they stay lit from dusk till dawn. I like the alternating colors from blue to green to red; our neighbors said they look like little flying saucers from a distance the way the colors seem to swirl around as they change from one to another. I accidentally dropped two of them on the cement and I thought they'd had it, since each had a small crack on the top, but when darkness fell they lit back up again and still floated. The small cracks were easily repaired with a clear 'Amazing Goop' type glue and now they're as good as new. It's now the almost the beginning of July 2007 and all four are still lit every night. We leave them sit on the edge of the pool during the day and either leave them there or throw them in the pool at night. I'm going to buy more of these little lights. They hold up well and stay working; night after night. Helpful Hint: We found if we turn off the pool pump, they don't all end up clogging the skimmer."

Not happy w/ these,June 6, 2007
By dandeker
Pros: They light up. Cons: Fit in skimmers
"Bought 5 of these, 3 took on water in the first 2 days. They're small and fit into the skimmers, so they're often "missing". Don't buy these."
