"Had very cloudy water since I closed my pool last winter. Had tried a few different products at closing, and a few more when I opened the pool a few weeks ago. No luck. After reading the reviews here on Super Floc Clarifier I decided to try it. Well it works. Had to do it twice, but water is crystal clear. One bit of advice is that you have to be very careful when vacuuming because the small particles will start moving around and cloud the water again, and also send the return out to waste. You lose a bit of water, but it's worth it. Water fell to about the bottom level of the skimmer. took about 45 min. to replace the water."

"After having a bad storm and very high winds my pool water was terrible. I had it nice and clear and was ready to winterize it just days before the storm hit. After the storm, I tried everything to clear up the water with no luck. I brought up the web sight and just happened to notice this product. I would recommend if your water is real bad (can't see the bottom of pool) to use a double dose on the first treatment. After the first treatment and turning off the pump overnight, the water was crystal clear. Everything was settled on the bottom. Be sure to vaccum on WASTE as the settlement is so fine it will go right thru the sand filter and back into your pool. I will always keep this product on hand. IT WORKS GREAT!!!."

"This is, without a doubt, the best cure for "cloudy" conditions that I've ever used. The only thing that might go to the bottom faster would be a ROCK! I've used "Super Floc Out" for the past 7 seasons at "start-up" and when needed during the year, and it performs "as advertised" with amazing consistency!"

"Apply a couple of hours before filter shutdown in the evening and next day vacuum up the residue. As with all flocculants, go slowly when vacuuming or you'll stir up the particles and need to come back the next morning to finish the job. Don't forget to brush the sides and bottom and bring up the chlorine level (because you won't be filtering until you're done vacuuming) before you apply."

"Using Floc to clear a cloudy pool is the best way to do it. There are a few things to look out for. If you have a cartrige filter, remove the cartrige before you add the floc. It will clog it up and make cleaning it a tough job. Just take out the filter core, add the floc and let the pump run for at least an hour. After that, shut off your pump and let the pool sit for a day with no circulation. You will come out to see the cloudy mass of goo sitting on the bottom of the pool and the rest of the water will be clear. Just vacuum out the goo to waste, pit you cartrige back in and you are good to go. Floc works much better than the blue stuff if you have a bad cloud problem."

"I've kept my eye on this product for about two seasons, and for our last start up, decided to give it a try. After a start up, it usually takes us about two weeks (and untold chemicals) to get our water crystal clear. This year, after using Super Floc Clarifier, two pounds of shock, and Sun Algaecide 60, it took 2 days. We vacuumed once when opening, and once more after letting Super Floc work. We used the entire quart for appx 30,000 gallons, and it worked like a champ. Overall, it took 24 - 36 hours to drop everything to the bottom, but once it did, EVERYTHING was on the bottom. We vacuumed to waste, and the pool has been absolutely BEAUTIFUL since. Please be advised, vacuuming to waste did lower our water level about 8 - 10 inches, so have a water hose handy to keep those water levels up. For the money, it just doesn't get better than this!!!"

"I never saw the bottom of my pool last summer. After many visits from the pool company who installed the pool, they left me with the chore of backwashing the filter 7-8 times a day, which did nothing to clear the pool. Over the winter I made it a point to educate myself on pool maintenance. I opened the pool a month earlier and after initial clean up I used the Floc Out. One bottle did the trick and now I have my sparkling clean pool back! The pool guys indicated that I probably needed to dump the pool and refill it. . duh!! Thank you so much!"

"Floc worked excellent at half of the price of what I was paying my local pool store. With a 64,000 gallon pool, chemical costs killing me! I am able to purchase two bottles of Super Floc for only $1.00 more than I was paying for one bottle locally (pool requires two bottles). Same performance as "big name" product, half the price! Would definately recommend."

"I was really having trouble with the clarity of my pool. I tried everything and spent a lot of money trying to clear it up. The cloudiness was not caused by chlorine or ph levels. One call to "In the Swim" and request for the Super Floc Out product and my problem was solved. This is a terrific product. The water is so clear that I could see an ant on the bottom of the pool! Finally Cleared Up My Pool,

"My pool clouded up terribly after my son shut-off the return valves while the pump ran for a day. I tried Pool Perfect, several clarrifiers, algecides, shock, metal removers, etc. - none of them did a single thing but waste alot of money and time. Within a hour of putting this in the pool it started clearing up the water. After an overnight with the pump turned off, the water was completely clear. Takes a little work, though. After the water clears you must vacumn the pool manually (no auto-cleaners) while the filter is in the WASTE position, thus wasting ALOT of water. But, when all else failed, this worked like a charm, just be patient!"

"Last year, for the first time ever, we were not able to have our chlorine register in our pool. This was during pool opening. We tried everything. So, we called "In The Swim" Well, thanks to their wonderful customer service, they were able to resolve the problem. Yes, here we were dumping all sorts of chemicals in as usual getting rid of the green, etc, however, our chlorine blocked itself. Yes, believe it or not, this can happen. So, apply this product in your pool as scheduled and walla! After that is complete, yes, you once again get your chlorine readings. Thank you in the Swim! We enjoy using them as they are in Minnesota and the delivery time is nice and short. You get your products within a short time. Thanks folks"
