"After owning the hayward lady bug and testing the zodiac zoom I must say this is the best cleaner on the market. It cleaned my 24ft pool thoroughly in hour and a half. I liked my lady bug but it was slow and the pool surface got scummy because the skimmer doesn't work when pool cleaners on. The zoom which is supposed to be the best on the market did a great job of cleaning the outsidering of the pool and on every lap got stuck on my ladder I could purchase a bigger ladder guard but it should have come with it instead of being an accessory. also the zoom made my whole skimmer box shake as it vibrated around pool. In short save yourself time and order this cleaner its super fast and you can be skimming the pool surface while cleaning your pool."

Pros: Independant of pool filter Cons: Many
"I have a 30' round pool and purchased an extra 5' section of hose ( @ $50.00 ) to ensure coverage. One: Zippy never covered the whole pool properly. Two: Zippy did a horrible job at vacuming up small debris off of the pool bottom. ( even after adjusting flow valve numerous times ) Three: Zippy advertises that it works well under solar cover......nope.... all it did was twirl in circles. Needless to say, I have returned the Zippy and I am going to try something else."

Pros: can run the pool cleaner while also running your pool filter. Non of what it picks up goes through your filter Cons: Tends to go over the same spots repeatedly and does not get all outside edges sometimes
"A very good concept. Self-contained so everything it picks up does not go through the filter. When it works well it moves fast and does as decent of a job as most pool cleaners if not better. Sometimes it continues to clean the same area over and over and does not reach the edges of the pool. I bought 2 extra sections of hose because it seemed to have trouble reaching the edges. That did seem to help. Shouldn't have to do that though, and wonder if the extra hose compromised the suction power. I guess you cant have it all!"
