Pros: fast install
Cons: narrow
"Good ladder for the price. I recommend that you buy the cast aluminum ladder flange, so it's easier to anchor. Not the best ladder out there, but it does the job without a problem. It's all of what I expected for the price."

Pros: very sturdy
"I bought this item when my husband built our deck for the pool and I was very satisfied with the sturdiness of the ladder. I run a in home daycare and was concerned about the kids getting in and out of the pool with our old ladder. With this ladder there is no worry."

Great Service!,

Pros: Great design.
Cons: No way to anchor ladder in place.
"I ordered this ladder to replace ours which had broken the weekend before. Since the pool was in place when we purchased the property, I had no idea how old the ladder was or how long it had been installed. I found this affordable replacement and ordered it along with the metal flanges rather than the plastic flanges it comes with. To my surprise, the package arrived the next morning and was sitting on the porch when I got home. I immediately took it to the pool to install it. I am glad that I ordered the metal flanges because the plastic ones don't have any method to secure the ladder to the flange, and I did not want to screw something in that did not belong there in the first place. The lack of this feature prevents the ladder from being stable. The metal flanges come with a set screw (actually a 13mm bolt) that can be tightened down when the ladder is in the desired position.
I have been 100% satisfied with the service level I received from In The Swim and it would appear that the product is exactly as advertised."
