A real time saver!,

Pros: With the bromine you can throw all the other chemicals away with exception of the chlorine free shock.
Cons: I'm afraid I may run out of the shock before summers end. Maybe not time will tell.
"I also added an automatic bromine despenser this season. With the addition of it and switching to the bromine it has saved me hours of hands on pool care. With the bromine I have not had to add any other chemical to the pool but the chlorine free shock. The water has stayed crystal clear so far this season and each time I check the chemical levels everything is in check, I''m so glad I made the switch to the bromine!!."

Not quite enough,

Pros: Great to receive all at once
Cons: Not enough shock
"I love buying in bulk and this was great to get everything you need (and some I didn't). There was not enough shock though. I will admit we were battling a lot of green so we probably went through more than usual."

Better than chlorine,

Pros: uses less and at a slower rate than chlorine
Cons: have not found any yet
"What a wonder difference from chlorine! Our skin doesn't get dry and flaky. The water is crystal clear. This package was perfect for our 18' round above ground 54" deep pool for the entire season. One purchase does it all!!!"
