"This cover was a complete waste of money. We put the cover on at the end of August and now it's October and it's ripped horribly all around the edge and at the seam. That's just from a couple inches of rain. Probably will cave all the way in by December."

"There was a snow fall (just a few inches) and it appears the weight caused the cover to tear along the pool edge. I live on Long Island so snow isn't around for long, but it was enough to destroy the cover. In the spring, there was so much debris in the pool we had to completely drain it. Our water bill made this a complete loss, even with the replacement guarantee."

"I put this cover on our pool in September, less than 1 month later it had at least 10 small holes in it. It was a huge dissapointment. In the Swim honored the warranty and I got a different cover to replace it. It is great to have a company honor the warranty as advertised."

"Two days after closing our pool my 80 pound Golden Retriever jumped onto the cover. He sat confused on top of the cover, but never fell through or even punctured it!!! I expected I would have to jump in to save him but your cover is so strong there was no need. I managed to lure him to the edge where he climbed out. Your ad claims to resist punctures from branches, toys, rocks and critters, but I didn't know it would resist an 80 lb. dog. Thank you for your product!!!!!"

"After one winter season it has thin spots. Barley overlaps the the sides of the pool. I think I will be lucky to get a few years out of this. Very poor quality."

Pros: Strong, fairly easy to install
Cons: Wind blows underneath and it's hard to keep down, clips fly off with big wind
"Good quality, but I only had it for 2 weeks and a tree fell into the pool and put holes in the cover. Also, wind gets underneath between the loops and the cover becomes a parchute. Clips flew off the first big wind, they are fairly worthless."

It hangs over like it needs to, the cable ties nicely and its a pretty blue. I have a 15 year warranty and I hope it lasts as long . Great Buy !! Fast Service. "I've bought all but one of my pool covers from In the Swim. One year I waited too late and bought a cover locally. It was too small and not nearly as durable as the In the Swim cover. Also, one year I did not cover the pool at all. What a mess to clean up! The pool cover makes spring opening a breeze. I highly recommend a pool cover from this reputable company."

"I received the cover in a timely fashion and have always been very pleased with the service and quality of all "In The Swim" products I have ever purchased. I am very pleased with the cover being tailored "over-sized" which makes the cover easier to fit evenly over the pool and decking. This feature will relieve the stress around the outside edges from having to stretch over: something I've always had to do with other covers in the past that eventually ripped at those stress points. Winters in New Hampshire where I live can be very harsh and certainly will put this cover to the test of durability. I wonder how many realistic service years I will get from a 15 year warranty cover? We will see."
