"I struggled to try to get this cover on my pool. I have had many covers in the past and this was by far the tightest. I don't think it will last one season, let alone eight. In The Swim lost a customer with this one."

Pros: Cheap in Price but will only work for 1 Winter Season if Installed Properly
Cons: Will not hold up past year one...Material will break down Quickly.
"Keep in mind this is the Economy cover and the Old saying is you get what you pay for...Did not even last 1 year and I am in the Process of Returning a 6 x 6 Pc. to In the Swim which they will honor a 60% in store credit if it passes the Defective Material Test.If you dont mind dirty rainy leafy water in you pool after winter of year one...this is the cover for you."

Pay Less Get More,

Pros: Best value for the price. No better economical cover found anywhere that you can trust
Cons: None that I have to say.....................................................................
"I've had my pool for over 8 years and I used 3 of these covers each lasting at least 2 years. I could even make them last longer if I didn't use wood blocks with screws to better hold it down to my deck. The holes I make cause the cover to weaken over time. I have had cats walk on these covers and make holes in them as well. I always opened up each year in early April to find a crystal blue pool that just needs a bit of PH+ and Alkalinity booster and of course chlorine. Go ahead and buy those expensive covers. I have with other pools and I've never had any better value then this cover."

Does the job,

Pros: Economical
"I like buying the less expensive cover and just using it for one winter and discarding in the spring. I have bought more expensive covers, but they all get nasty with all the leaves, etc. Covers are a pain to clean to reuse, so I went to the cheaper covers and just use them once. However, I initially used one for two seasons before I trashed it because it was so dirty, so it will hold up at least a couple of years."

Pros: Price
Cons: none
"My pool cover usually gets pretty nasty on top and I do not like to clean and store it. This cover holds up well for the season and the price is low so that I don't mind just trashing it when I open my pool in the spring."

Good Value for Economy Cover,

By Shawn

"While this is not a top of the line cover it is not priced to be one ... I have had three of these in the 11 years we have had our current pool. Each one held up as long as it should have. I prefer to buy these and let them wearout to be replaced rahter than invest in an expensive one and hope for no accidental tears or holes when taking it on or off. Great product for the price."

Don't Waste Your Time and Money,

Pros: Light weight
Cons: Rips easily
"This cover was very light weight and realitively easy to install, however it did not hold up to a mild Northeast winter. The cover ripped- not even making it thru the entire winter, and the winch for the cable was worthless. We even purchased the pillow and cover clips and pumped off any significant excess water....to no avail, the cover bit the bullet!"

Pros: light

"Ordered 18/21 and it barely fits an 18' pool with about 3 inches of overhang stretched tight over the pillow, also the winch was missing."

Pros: none
"This cover had wear tears in it within one month after we put it on. Needless to it could not be replaced because it was getting too cold outdoors. It also let in too much dirt, rain and snow water. The pool water was black when we took the cover off."

Pros: very durable
"I enjoy everything that I order from in the swim because you can get it the next day deliverly. The pool covers are very durable and they last as long as they are supposed to. If it is a 3 year cover it will last 3 years or more. I have used a 3 year cover for 4 years before I had to replace it."

satisfied with purchase,

Pros: easy to put on and remove
Cons: none
"I purchased this cover mainly to keep leaves and pine needles from our pool. We have a large pine tree near our pool and the squirrels love to eat those pine cones and they fall right into the pool. This is a very lightweight and easy to put on and take off cover to help keep those nasty things out of our pool. I have been very satisfied with this cover and spend less time cleaning out the pool every day. We live in Southeast Texas where it is very hot and only need a very lightweight cover. I want to thank you for your quick response to shipping my orders whenever I order from you."

Pros: Very well made, strong, very easy to put on, stays on with no problems.
Cons: Nothing I have found
"I am very impressed with this top. I read the reviews and decided to try it. I am very happy in the fact that so far it has not torn or even gotten any holes in it at all. We have had some very high winds and with the rain and freezing we have had it has really stood up very well. I will recommend this top to everyone."

Reasonable Product,

Pros: reasonable pricing
Cons: material is a little lighter weight than expected
"When ordering know exactly what you want and the size that you need because I've ordered the wrong items in the past based on the pictures. The pool cover I've purchased is reasonably priced but the material is a little thinner than I would like. I had ordered a pool cover in the past but it only lasted 2 winters. A small tree branch ripped a hole in the first pool cover. If it were a heavier grade material I don't think this would have occurred. Overall, the product is good for the price. If you have no trees or other objects that will blow onto the cover it should perform properly."

Pros: Durable and easy to put on
Cons: None
"When I purchased this cover it was at a good price and cheaper than one I had previous(that did not last all winter).
I received and had my doubts because it didn't seem very sturdy but I thought I've already got so.. Well, it's been on since September and it held up really well. No tears or rips it's doing a great job even with ice on it. So I'm pretty pleased.

does not fit,

By Foxtrotter

Pros: nothing
Cons: cheap, cheap, cheap!
"There's nothing good to say about this cover. The cover that is supposed to fit a 24' round pool is way too small. Within a week of putting on the cover and trying to secure it with the 8' water tubes end-to-end, the wind blew it off and dumped nasty leaves and debris into our pool. Now we have a mess!! The cover is thin and the grommets began to tear out as we were pulling the cover over onto the pool. I can't believe they even sell something that is this low in quality! This is the second item I have bought from In The Swim that was of extremely poor quality."

Pros: tough cover
"We have a very windy fall season. We ordered a 16x35 cover it has held up really well considering the 25 to 40 mph winds we have had this fall. I ordered my first cover to small and had to return it in exchange it for the bigger cover. The return process was easy and not a hassle at all. I really appreciate the speed and no questions asked return policy in the swim has. Thanks for helping me, and I will only buy my pool supplies from in the swim. I would advise everyone to do business with in the swim."

Pros: Low in price
Cons: not clear on the directions how to secure it to the top of pooll
"So far, I'm pleased with the cover but when I went to wrap the cable around the pool I realized it would be more secure putting the cable under the poles instead of outside the poles to keep the wind from blowing inside the pool."

Pros: Cost not as high as other covers
Cons: May only last 1 or 2 seasons
"We've been using this cover for several years now and find that for the price, it's not a bad cover for 1 or 2 seasons. I like to use a new cover every year so it's well worth the price!"
