"I've been using the aquajogger equipment for 2 swimming seasons and look forward to my pool workouts.When I first got the set, I watched the very informative video that was included & read the booklet. I incorporate the suggested moves & make sure I exercise contiuously for at least 30 minutes & at 70 years of age have managed to keep my weight down to a size 8. I feel GREAT & really enjoy using the aquajogger. It's easy to use and gets results!"
