"Phos-free works great. As soon as I put it in our pool we stopped having problems with algae & the water turned so crystal-clear that the water looked shinier than it has ever been. This is a big must-have."

Pros: Easy to use, the missing link to algae control
"With arthritis, we keep our pool warmer than the average pool. This results in a struggle with algae. Our pool has been either green or cloudy most of the summer- yuk...and we have spent hundreds of dollars on chemicals. This would have been tolerable if it had resulted in clear water. I even replaced fairly new filters, thinking this may be the answer. I saw this product and thought the mechanism of action seemed logical. Well, we now have the clearest water we've had in 7 years! I anticipate a great decrease in the cost of operating our pool....and it is beautiful now."

"I have been reading the reviews for Phos free for 2 year now, and thinking to myself " right, I bet it doesn't work on my pool". Boy was I wrong! It works like a charm! After fighting algae so long, you start to wonder if it is even worth opening your pool for the summer. Thanks Phos Free for letting us enjoy our pool and our summer again"

"I have owned a pool for 24 years and this year was the easiest year I have had. Some years I have had to fight Algae no matter how perfectly balanced I kept the pool.
This year I started using PhosFree and I haven't had one bit of Algae and my chemical usage has been cut in half.
Great Product."

"My pool had a very bad algae problem it looked like a pound. Tried everthing the pool stores advised nothing worked. Use Phosfree in in just 2 days algae was gone. I wish I would have used this first I would have saved alot of money."

"Our water would turn green and those little carnivorous bugs would appear. We were fighting a losing battle. Finally we asked a friend what he used and he recommended PhosFree. He also said if the water was clean, the bugs would leave. We used PhosFree and he was absolutely right. Now we just use the weekly maintenance dose and we have crystal clear water, no algae and NO bugs!"

"We had an ongoing algae problem that we couldn't seem to overcome. We would get rid of the algae for a while, but it kept coming back. Someone recommended we try Phos Free. You have to get rid of the algae first, and then start using Phos Free to prevent the algae from returning. Well, this has really helped us to keep our algae in check. Hooray for Phos Free!"

"It is now a known fact that algae cannot survive without phosphates, and Phos-Free easily brings your pool's phosphate level to zero. Since using this, I have never had even a hint of algae (and it was a significant fight before then). Plus, the 3 liter bottle from In The Swim costs about the same as what my local store charges for a 2 liter bottle. I usually get 2 bottles (which meets the free shipping level) and I'm good for the season. Not only that but a free test kit is included so you know it's working. All around, my favorite item from In The Swim."

"Adding this product to my very green pool was the only thing that worked against a bad algae outbreak. High levels of chlorine and addition of algaecide had no impact. It took one dose and two days later the water was clear. Subsequent small weekly doses have kept the algae at bay."

"I use both Pool Magic and this so I can't say for sure which product does all this.....my water feels so soft, everyone who swims here mentions the "soft" feel of the water, no algae ever, I still clean the bath tub ring area of my pool once a year with the natural spray cleaner but many people wouldn't think there was a need to clean it it stays so clean with these two products. And I don't have all those little water bugs that used to "bug me" in July and August in the the Deep South."

"THis product(along with all the associated ones) helped to clear my pool of high phosphate levels that were introduced by a metal/stain removal product. (Which I will NEVER use again - and only did because my pool company said it was the best to get rid of the staining BUT obviously didn't know that it was phosphate based and caused an almost irreperrable problem with my water !) No one at my pool service company knew what was wrong with my milky colored water. I discovered this through some research and boy am I glad I did ! I am a faithful user and you should be too!"

No More Algae Worries. Period.,

"This is the second year that I have used Phos Free in my pool. I have to say it is the most amazing, time and money saving product that I have used in my pool. I have had no problem with algae, the pool is cleaner, I use far less chemicals, the water simply sparkles and is as clear as a bell. My usual two to three week pool opening this year was reduced to 5 days (using a lot less chemicals and $) thanks to closing last year and opening with Phos Free this year. It is worth adding to your weekly routine. In the long run this product more than pays for itself by using fewer chemicals season long. I am a believer and have the $ to show for it! Good luck. On a side note - the water is so clear after using this product that I can see the smallest spec in the deep end - it is like crystal!"

"I bought this product hoping to better manage my potential algae problem during the summer when on vacation. Sometimes my husband forgets to check the chemicals if I'm out of town and I would get to come back to an almost green pool. Now it's simple, a few capfuls in the skimmer before leaving and I come back to a worry free pool. I haven't had ANY algae problems even with the solar discs on and leaves in the pool! Simply amazing!!!"
